Overview

Asuka II is the flagship of Japan's premium Asuka Cruise brand, operated by NYK Cruises, and for years ranked as the largest cruise ship registered in Japan. Built in 1990 as the celebrated Crystal Harmony for Crystal Cruises, she was transferred to parent company Nippon Yusen Kaisha in 2006 and refitted for the Japanese luxury market. She is renowned for spacious accommodations, refined Japanese hospitality and a devoted domestic following.
