Silversea has partnered with golf travel operator PerryGolf on a set of golf-focused itineraries for 2027 and 2028, one of which calls in New Zealand. The 14-day Silver Moon voyage from Sydney to Auckland, scheduled for 29 January to 12 February 2028, pairs the sailing with rounds at Otago Golf Club, Royal Wellington, Cape Kidnappers and Kauri Cliffs. Silversea has said further 2028 golf voyages are expected to be announced.
Luxury line Silversea has teamed up with golf travel operator PerryGolf to launch a collection of golf-focused itineraries across 2027 and 2028, Cruise Industry News reported on 14 July 2026.
One of the three launch voyages takes in New Zealand: a 14-day Silver Moon sailing from Sydney to Auckland, scheduled for 29 January to 12 February 2028. The golf programme on that voyage begins at Tasmania Golf Club in Australia before moving to four New Zealand courses — Otago Golf Club, Royal Wellington, Cape Kidnappers and Kauri Cliffs.
The packages bundle course and practice-facility access, transfers, dining and an end-of-voyage tournament, with clubs available to hire for guests who do not travel with their own. Silversea has indicated that additional 2028 golf voyages are expected to be announced.
